Contest TermsLove Assurance Contest OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older as of Feb. 28, 2008. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Contest begins Friday, February 29, 2008 at 8 A.M. ET, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET on Wednesday, April 30, 2008. The winner will be selected on or about Wednesday, May 7, 2008. All times are Eastern Time (ET). HOW TO ENTER Participants must complete the online entry form at http://positive-way.com/Contest.htm and submit the entry via the form. Read and completely fill out all fields in the entry form and submit your statement or essay (maximum 500 words) in the form. Each contest entry must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET on Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Entry to this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. One entry per person. Duplicate or multiple entries will be discarded and may, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, disqualify the participant entirely. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Incomplete entries are deemed invalid. The odds of winning are determined by the number of participants who submit valid entry forms. SELECTION OF WINNER AND JUDGING CRITERIA All eligible entries will be judged by The Positive Way staff. The judges will choose five winners from all the eligible entries received for duration the contest. The judging criteria to be used in selecting the Finalists will be (1) 60 percent relevancy of the answer to the contest question and (2) 40 percent the estimated appeal of the answer to other readers. The winners of the contest will be notified approximately one week after the closing of the contest, on or about May 7, 2008, via email. The winners of the contest will be posted on the site on or about May 14, 2008. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. CONTEST PRIZES The prize winners will receive the following: First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Prizes: One (1) copy of the DVD movie Atonement (approximate retail value $29.98) plus one (1) copy of the book Talk to Me: How to Create Positive Loving Communication (approximate retail value $12.95). Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days after selection of winner. No substitution allowed except at discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent offered except at Sponsor's option. All taxes are the responsibility solely of the winners. ELIGIBILITY Contest is governed by U.S. law and is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years old or older as of Feb. 28, 2008. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of The Positive Way are ineligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, to provide a valid United States or Canada postal mailing address, and, where legal, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of the date printed on the prize notification or be disqualified. Winner will be notified by e-mail and must respond within seven (7) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the contest. In such event, winner will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, or suspension. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to terminate, suspend, or amend the Contest or to amend the Official Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever. Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Sponsor of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, participants release The Positive Way, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES The winning entrant's first name, and initial of his or her last name, and city of residence will be posted online on or about Wednesday, May 14, 2008.
